In reference to the procurement notice MCA-N # PQW-2007-01, published on the dgMarket on November 27th, 2007, the UNDB on November 29th, 2007, and in local newspapers La Prensa and El Nuevo Diario on November 28th, 2007, MCA-Nicaragua hereby notifies that the referred pre-qualification process has been annulled based on paragraph 26.1 of the Pre-qualification Document.

MCA-Nicaragua would like to thank the firms that submitted applications for this process and encourages their participation in procurements related to this process in the near future, which will be carried through public announcements
