1. This Notice of Cancellation serves to cancel the REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) for Consultancy Services to Provide Professional Project Implementation and Management Services for Land Administration Reform, that was published in dgMarket in August 2007, in the local newspapers “Public Eye” of August 03 and 10 2007 and was posted on the website of Ministry of Finance and Development Planning of the Government of the Kingdom of Lesotho.

2. The MCA-Lesotho herewith cancels the above-mentioned in order to update the TOR to the current needs of the Land Administration Department and to comply with the current budgetary constrains.

3. A new Request for Proposals will be published after the required adjustments.
