NOTICE OF REJECTION FOR THE INVITATION FOR PROPOSALS FOR CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR DATA COLLECTION TO ASSESS THE IMPACT OF THE PROPOSED ACTIVITIES WITHIN THE ENERGY SECTOR PROJECT. RFP MCAT/COM/0034
This notice for rejection of Consultancy Services for Data Collection to Assess the Impact of The Proposed Activities Within The Energy Sector Project which, follows the specific procurement notice for this project that appeared in dgMarket on the 31st July 2009, in the UN Development Business (UNDB) on 31st July 2009, and on the Millennium Challenge Account-Tanzania (MCA-T) website on 31st July 2009, as well as the Guardian and Daily Newspapers in Tanzania on 3rd and 4th August 2009, respectively.
Following the submission of Proposals on 25th September 2009, for the above mentioned Request for Proposal (RFP) and subsequent evaluation, all Six (6) proposals for the above project have been rejected for the following reasons: None of the technical proposals evaluated achieved the minimum technical score of 80 to proceed to the opening of financial proposals.
In view of the decision, MCA-T will be re-issuing the RFP afresh in due course.
