The contract # SJRRP/CW/04with Ashtrom International Ltd was terminated and direct contract was awarded to JV Papenburg/Black Sea Group on rehabilitation of Partskhisi - Tsalka Road Section (total length: 53.1 km).

(ii) Contract price, as well as the duration and summary scope of the contract awarded.

The contract price is USD $30,903,542.83; the duration of the works is 7 months; the scope of the contract includes road works including earth works, rehabilitation of bridges and culverts, retaining walls, drainage, pavement construction, road furniture and marking, etc
